Kristan Leach is a talent acquisition leader, trainer, coach and executive recruiter with a passion for connecting top-tier professionals with growing organizations.
With extensive experience in full-cycle recruiting, executive search, and workforce planning, she specializes in sourcing and interviewing high-impact leaders across industries such as manufacturing, clinical, retail, technology, finance/wealth management, engineering, and marketing.
Throughout her career, Kristan has successfully led recruitment teams, optimized hiring strategies, and built long-term partnerships to support business objectives.

Professionally, I thrive in connecting like-minded, strong individuals and enjoy hosting events or virtual conversations to bring everyone together. I'm incredibly passionate about empowering others to be their best selves, and see a side in someone they may not see in themself.
In my downtime, I seek time spent by the ocean, enjoy a great drama/thriller novel, or indulging in reality TV. A great cosmo or glass of wine are also favorites!
