Kristan Leach is a talent strategist, coach, and executive recruiter with a heart for connection and a passion for people.
With years of experience leading full-cycle recruiting, executive search, and organizational development initiatives, Kristan partners with leaders across manufacturing, engineering, technology, marketing, finance, and beyond.
Her work is grounded in relationship-building, active listening, and behavioral awareness — helping clients uncover not just what they need in a role, but who will thrive in it.
Kristan has built MindShyft as an extension of her personal philosophy:
